October ...is the most busy month for me every year. Having a week holiday in China, that's mean i less 1 week to finish up all my task in that month. Also it's the month for appraisal too ...including writing the self accessment as well as the co-worker accessment. Oh...really crazy man. In addition, i need to set my goal for next year. To myself, goal is the dream with deadline.
